Dublin: A. Reilly. Good with no dust jacket. 1751. First Edition. Hardcover. Frontis, xvi, [8], [ii], 186 (misnumbered) , ad; frontis, 27; frontis, 14, [i]. First book has frontis and 6 plates, including 3 folding. A Dialogue concerning some Things of Importance to Ireland, Particularly to the County of Ardmagh, Printed by Oll Nelson for the Author, 1751, has the same frontis as the first part. Some Remarks, Towards a Full Description of Upper and Lower Lough Lene, Near Killarny, in the County of Kerry, printed by S. Powell, 1751 has a frontis perspective of Lower Lough Leune. Rebound with green art paper covered hard boards, 1/2 leather dark brown spine with 5 raised bands. End papers renewed. First frontis and title page have some darkening and wear, particularly at bottom half of page, folding plates are clean and nice, two later books have some humidity staining throughout. Paper is creamy but strong, variable edges and cutting . An attractive copy of a fairly scarce work. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall .
