Julie Le Clerc is a chef, food writer, stylist, teacher and consultant, and the author of six best-selling cookbooks, Simple Café Food , More Simple Café Food , Vineyards of New Zealand Cookbook , Little Café Cakes (shortlisted for two international awards), Simple Deli Food , café@home and feast@home . She is also co-author of the beautiful travel cookbook, Made in Morocco . She has a strong presence in the print media, was the food editor of Sunday Life Magazine in Australia, and is now the food editor for Viva ( NZ Herald ). Julie is also a staff writer for Cuisine . Julie Le Clerc has had an eventful culinary career as a chef that includes boutique catering, establishing and operating several successful cafés, and cooking in private homes in Europe.
