Printed for Daniel Midwinter at the Rose and Crown in St. Paul's-Church-Yard... " Spine title reads: Coehorne's Fortification". Title page, 2pp Dedication, 14pp Author's Preface, 1pp Translator's Preface; 181pp. 1pp Publisher's advertisement. 16 large folding plates. New pebbled full black leather binding, date in gilt on the spine, title in gilt on red leather panel, 7 raised bands, 5 gilt symbols in panels. The edges of most pages are discoloured, and there is some chipping of the edges of the first few pages, but this is overall a very nice copy of a scarce edition..
