The column and subsequent publication of the book made Bukowski more famous than nearly anything else he did throughout his career. A distinctive copy, signed by four individuals with deep, personal connections to the author. Krumhansl 29b. Third Printing. Octavo (20.25cm); photo-illustrated wrappers; 255,[1]pp. Signed on the title page by Neeli Cherkovski, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Linda King, and A.D. Winans. Light wear to wrappers, mild sunning and vertical crease along front joint, with small, faint stain to lower right corner of textblock; Very Good+.
