About This Item
Washington DC: GPO, 1940. Flexible Cloth. A controlled publication, witness the prominence of the copy number (8795) but not exactly "limited": xiv, 402p., hardbound in 9x6 inch flexible cloth boards with spine- and cover-titling gilt. A typewritten errata leaf is laid in, once glued but glue dried leaving splotches on ffep and the leaf, item has a lower-corner bump that affects cover and all corner-tips, these the only flaws we see; a good to very good copy. FYI, no "security" concerns as in national security, just confirmations that applicants can use tools properly.
