Staple-bound paperback in good condition. Bending to the corner tips, minor scuffing, and edge-wear to the covers. Previous bookstore price erasure to the top of the title page near the author's signature is the only marking. Staples are still firmly bound and the book is clean and bright. 32 pp., tri-tone illustrations and photos throughout, brief references section. A history of the famed Yellowstone hotel, nicely signed by the author.
