Prentice-Hall Press, New York, 1988. First Edition. Hardcover (1/4Cloth 3/4 Boards). Very Good Condition/Very Good. Illustrator: Photographic. acknowledgements, and a note on sources. The text is illustrated with eight pages of black-and-white photography, between pages 180 and 181. 1/4 black coloured cloth covered backstrip with gilt coloured titles. 3/4 red coloured boards. Illustrated dustwrapper with orange, yellow, blue and green colour titles to the front panel and orange and blue colour titles to the backstrip. Ira Einhorn was known as the Unicorn, and he preached non violence and peace. When the mummified body of Holy Maddux, his girlfriend was found in a trunk on the porch of the house they shared after being missing 18 months, he claimed that " ... He was framed to discredit important information he was circulating." – from the front fold over panel blurb. Unwilling to face a trial, Einhorn skipped bail, and, to time of writing the book was still at large. The author follows Einhorn and Holly's relationship exposing an obsessive and turbulence relationship and how the inevitable happened In the two turbulent decades of the 1960s and 70s. .
