Set in the late 1960s, this novel migrates from West Virginia to Boston, following widowed miner Hunter McNatt as he searches for his runaway son Hobie.John Sayles (b.1950) is an American novelist, screenwriter and director. His five novels include 'Pride of the Bimbos' and 'A Moment in the Sun'; he has also written two short story collections. A first edition.Complete with an unclipped dust wrapper.A smart copy of a brilliant novel. In the publisher's original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart, with just some slight bumping to the tail of the spine. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition with only very slight wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
