Very Good. 2nd printing, very good cloth hardcover (no dust jacket) shows rubbing to cover edges with fraying and couple of tiny tears at spine ends and bottom corners, pasted in clippings at reverse of front blank and half title opposite pertaining to contents and author, along with some other light trace wear. 309 pages with illustrations by E. Joseph Dreany and endpaper maps. Remains a soild copy of this work of lore from the early West.
