About This Item
This is the story of a young woman of mixed Chinese and British birth, and the ways in which her heritage affects her and those who love her. Beautifully written and full of intriguing ideas, this is one of the romances set in the Far Eat for which Louise Jordan Miln was known.
This is the 1932 reprint of the original 1931 edition. It has bright red faux linen boards with an embossed decoration on the front, and red endpapers. No dustjacket. The cover has some soiling and scuffing and the corners and edges of spine are rubbed. Binding is firm and all pages are intact. There is spotting to pages and some brown marks along page edges. Printing is clear and it is free of internal annotations. Please see photos.
Carefully package and ready for immediate shipment from Sydney, Australia, with tracking.
