About the author

Kise, Ed.D., is a management consultant specializing in teambuilding and strategic planning and coauthor of Introduction to Type(R) and Coaching and SoulTypes (with Hirsh). A board member of the Association for Psychological Type, she is also on the faculty of the Center for Applications of Psychological Type.
