Marbled paper boards and marbled end papers. Top edge gilt and silk page marker. Original paper covers bound-in. Foreword by Raymond Poincare. Riou's eloquent argument for a pacifist and federal Europe. Text in French. Book in good condition. Spine a little faded with some rubbing to extremities and around the hinge. Boards lightly soiled. Paper generally a little toned with some light sporadic spotting.
