No place: Kembel Publications, (1977). First edition, this copy inscribed, signed, & dated in 1978 in ink by Adolf Sehring on the title page. Oblong 4to, 144 pp including illustrations throughout in color & black & white. Publisher's gilt-lettered tan cloth in pictorial dust jacket.
Margins of the covers briefly sunned, light tannning & foxing mostly at endpapers & pastedowns, otherwise Very Good or better in moderately soiled & foxed dust jacket with edge wear (including short tears & small losses), which has a couple of tissue repairs on the verso, otherwise Good.
Sehring, who passed away in 2015, was the only American artist to be commissioned by the Vatican to paint the official Papal portrait of Pope John Paul II.

New York: Th. Lacombe, volume 1, number 1, "15 Mai, 1852." First & probably only edition. Quarto (11.5 x 8.25"), 12 pages printed in two columns plus covers. Original printed & decorated paper wraps, sewn. Text in French & English. OCLC finds a single copy at the New York Historical Society as of 6/4/2023.
Wraps toned, moderate edge wear, old horizontal folds, light foxing, faint signature in the top margin of the upper cover, otherwise very good.
Presumably a short-lived publication & likely the only number issued. Publisher Lacombe served, apparently, as editor & also contributed a sketch entitled "Fleurette." As noted on the verso of the upper wrap, each issue "will contain two plates." This example, with no evidence of removal, is without illustration & was probably distributed as a sample & prospectus.

Publisher's red cloth in pictorial dust jacket. Text in Spanish.
Faintly musty, otherwise very good in like dust jacket lightly soiled, with slight edgewear. Originally published in 1969, this edition is considerably expanded. Tito Salas, who died in 1974, was a Venezuelan painter and significant contributor to the development of Venezuelan modern art.
