Paris: Calmels Cohen, (2003). First editions. Two quarto volumes (10.75" x 8.5"), 407 & 278 pp., profusely illustrated in color & black & white. Publisher's pictorial stiff paper wraps, with pictorial acetate overlay at the upper covers. Text in French.
Photographies volume very slightly soiled mostly at the edges of the text block, otherwise fine.
