Published by Scholastic/David Fickling Books, London; 1995, 1997, 2000. 8vo. First edition, first impressions. Condition: Fine/Fine. Signed by Author and Jacket illustrator.
Northern Lights (Scholastic 1995): Bound in original maroon cloth boards, with title in gilt to the spine. The binding is square and tight and in beautiful, smart condition, with just a touch of bumping to the spine ends. Inside, the pages are clean and bright, free from blemishes and wear. The book is signed by the jacket illustrator to the half-title page.
The book is housed in it's original, unclipped, first issue dust jacket, illustrated by David Scutt, with 'POINT' and '7-9 Pratt Street' to the rear flap.. The pictorial jacket is in lovely condition, with no signs of damage or marks and as vibrant as the day it was published. It has a gold label affixed to the front for The Library Association Carnegie Medal to the front.
