30 day return guarantee, with full refund including shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days (PLEASE READ FURTHER BELOW ON DELIVERY TIMES). Shipping costs quoted to international customers (non-Canadian ship-to address) on the BiblioDirect site are based on an assumed weight of 2.2 lb, or 1 kg, including packing. If your order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to request an extra shipping charge, as required.
