In illustrated dust-jacket, matching the front panel of the hard cover dust-jacket, with narrow flaps attached to the card wrappers. A sheet of paper (5" X 7"), with a b/w photographic image of John Williams and a short paragraph describing the book and Williams literary career, was pasted to the inside front cover and dust-jacket front flap, but is now loose and laid in. The same image and text appear on the rear panel of the hard cover dust-jacket.
