Description:
Bilingual volume in Turkish and English.
The author, who personally examined the majority of Anatolian Seljuk coins in museums and private collections in Turkey and abroad, has classified them under 1558 types.
The work begins with brief histories of the reigns of the sultans, followed by a brief discussion of various issues such as the identification of coins that have been cut off at the edges and given the appearance of half dirhams, half dirham tables, and the writing of dates, before the main catalog section begins.
In the catalog, the coins are first classified according to the reigns of the sultans and then according to their characteristics such as mint, unit, year of minting, and legends.
Limited edition, only 300 copies were printed and numbered.
