Why is there a balance due after I submitted payment?

There is generally a lag of a couple of days between when you submit your payment information, and when we get it processed into our system. Payments may not immediately be reflected in your on site balance.
Please note: that we do not typically charge credit cards for balances less than $5.00 USD. If your balance is less than $5.00, we will carry the charges over to the next month's billing.
I was very pleased with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion I needed it for. I was delighted to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
