Orders are expected to be processed as either rejected, canceled, or shipped within 3 business days. Orders not processed by this time are subject to cancellation, in which case the charge to the customer will be voided. Payment will not be made to the bookseller for orders which are expired and subsequently canceled.
I was very pleased with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion I needed it for. I was delighted to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
