How do I upload a file to Biblio?

Return to what I was doing

You can upload inventory files using tools in your BiblioDirect Bookseller Menu, or via FTP. For information about upload formats, click here. For more details about uploading via FTP, click here. If you want to add your inventory items one at a time manually, directly to Biblio's database, click here.

To upload a file through your BiblioDirect Bookseller menu:

Once you have your inventory file on your computer, ready to send to Biblio, login to your bookseller account.

1) Click the Inventory tab at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu that appears, click on Upload Listings then click Choose file.

2) Select your file.

A box will pop up allowing you to locate on your computer the file you want to upload. We recommend saving your inventory file to a location on your computer where it will be easy to find when you need it. Your desktop is a good place, and/or a special folder for files you upload to Biblio.

3) Upload your file.

Once you have selected the file you want to upload, click Open or Select, and you will be taken back to your bookseller menu upload tools. You should see your file name there. Click on the Upload button to transfer the file from your computer to Biblio.

Please note, if your file is larger than 50 MB, it will need to be uploaded via FTP.  Click here for more information about FTP in general.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
