When are invoices or statements sent?

We send statements to sellers on or about the 10th of each month and payment notices on the 25th of each month. If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday then statements and notices will be sent on the next business day.
You can view the details of your billing history using tools in your bookseller menu.
I was very pleased with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion I needed it for. I was delighted to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
