The inscription reads: "For Margaret, With Love, (signed) Rod McKuen 1984" above a simple Chistmas Tree drawing by him. SEE OUR PHOTOS. Laid-in are two customized Christmas cards, one with his printed signtaure, another with his signature in script (possibly a reproduction). Fine condition in a bright and shiny Near Fine dust jacket. The jacket has a few short closed edge tears (1/4 inch or less). NO chips, creases or fading. Square and tight. Sharp corners. NOT a library discard. NOT a remainder. Pages appear seldom, if ever read -- fresh, crisp, clean and unmarked. NO underlining. NO highlighting. NO margin notes. Bound in the original blue boards with a gilt-stamped blue cloth spine. Because most of our books are stored in protective boxes, rather than on shelves, they cannot be viewed as a whole.
