Very good in the scarce first issue dust jacket which is in very good condition. Widely regarded as the founder of the modern birth control movement, American sex educator, writer, and nurse Margaret Sanger wrote several books in the 1920s which had a nationwide impact in promoting the cause of birth control. Between 1920 and 1926, 567,000 copies of Woman and the New Race and The Pivot of Civilization were sold. She also wrote two autobiographies designed to promote the cause.
