Kitaj, the controversial American Artist. Fine in original boards with very good illustrated dustwrapper. Loosely inserted is a one leaf A.L.S., dated June (1977), from the artist recommending the, then young, artist Andrzej Jackowsky. The letter is addressed to Joe Hope, sometime Head of Fine Arts at Bath Academy of Art from whose estate this letter and envelope comes.
