About Logos Books
Logos Books, 513-2nd Street, Davis, CA 95616, in the heart of downtown Davis. We are a retail outlet for the Friends of the Davis Public Library, licensed by the State of California as a non-profit all volunteer entity. We're members of the local Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Davis Business Association. Logos Books is also a member of the Independent Online Booksellers Association (IOBA) and comply fully with its standards of ethics and selling standards. We were the first FOL to obtain membership in the International Friends of Bookmarks and donate thousands of discovered bookmarks to them annually. Logos book inventory are mostly from donations by our literate university community, estate donations, public and private libraries, and retail book stores and wholesalers with surplus new books. Hundreds of Rare and Valuable books are listed on the Internet under Logos Books. Our downtown store includes sections for Vintage books, book sets, large print, books on tape, and rare children's books, among others.
