Hardcover bound in original brown publisher's cloth with cover designs embossed in blind and with a central image of a reclining woman dreaming in gilt (on the front cover and in blind on the rear cover). The binding is worn and soiled and has some chipping to the cloth on the front cover near the fore edge. Front cover has been damped, and this is more evident on the front inner pastedown. Spine ends a little chipped. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. The front pastedown also has a piece of an early newspaper clipping pasted to the top edge.
